POOR DELIVERY SERVICE

This is by far the worst courier company out there. They have no pride in service delivery. My parcel was scheduled for delivery more than a week ago which is still not being delivered. Their promises to get back to you as to what the delay is, also never happened. I regret ever making use of ARAMEX and will never suggest them to my worst enemy. SHAME ON YOU ARAMEX for still asking delivery fees on parcels that you can not deliver!!!! YOUR SERVICE IS THE WORST OUT THERE!!! It is my airtime and my time that I used to follow up on something so simple, I dont get paid to do your work so WAKE UP AND DELIVER AND DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO!!!!
