Poor Delivery from expensive Courier Company Aramex

My international package is now going into 5 weeks when it usually takes 3-4 weeks delivery. I have spoken to Thulani , Palesa Mthombeni, Makota Mabitsela and none of this people can help me. I have made IMMEDIATE PAYMENT for customs (which has gone up drastically might I add and Aramex adding all there unnecessary costs). Only for me to be told I have to wait another 5 working days for some stupid inspection that has got absolutely nothing to do with my package. I was perfectly fine when Buffalo Logistics handled my shipments. None of this would have happened.
