Poor delivery and customer service

If there was an option to give them zero stars I would. I received a confirmation email at 06:30 am that my package was out for delivery and said to receive it the same day. I called customer support twice before midday and again later that day, they confirmed my package is guaranteed to be delivered the same day before 5pm, 5pm rolled around and my package had not yet been delivered, I called customer support again and they informed me that my package was rescheduled for delivery. During the course of the day I made attempts to track my package, only to find out that the tracking system isn't operating properly. Customer support did not once care to inform me that the tracking stytem isn't working when I mentioned that I made attempts to track my package. Each time I called I was met with new unreliable information that did not ease my stress or frustrations . All in all, Aramax has poor delivery services, poor customer support services and zero to no information about your Package or when you are guaranteed to receive it. I strongly do not recommend this courier service. Save your time, energy and money. You will be doing yourself a big favour by using another courier service.
