Poor Delivery

<p>I sent my parcel on the 13th April 2017 from Bloemfontein to Mmabtho. Till today I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I've called the customer services help more than once and they keep telling me that the parcel will be delivered between 3 and 5pm or their system shows that their driver is out to deliver the parcel or ran out of time to deliver. Because of their poor service securing apce for my family to attend my graduation has been lost.</p>
