Poor customers services from drivers and live chat crew

Poor service and lack of customer care. Im so ****ed off about the service i am getting from this courier from the drivers and the live chat crew, they are all the same. My parcel has been out ofor delivery since Monday, i have been home the whole 3 days waiting for them until now wednesday 17h55 nobody came, the pathetic *********** chat crew kept on saying the parcel is on its way to me but im still waiti g. These businesses need to prioritise customers needs,it looksike the drivers go to their preferred areas and that is not how it should be done. I need my par el delivered ASAP or hire more drivers if you can't meet the demand, you are inconveniencing us! Next time i will choose a different courier company, given achoice.
