Poor customer service, no internal intergration or ecosystems. Parcel has been with them for over a week

I have been waiting for a parcel from last week Thursday. Each time i call & follow up I am given a different story about my package. Funny thing is that the same company was able to deliver an overnight package yesterday but they are giving me stories regarding a parcel that has been with them for over a week now. Poor customer service, no internal integration. Do not use this courier service for emergencies. You will die waiting
