Poor customer service from Aramax Silverton

The service at Aramex Silverton is shocking. A parcel was delivered to the wrong address on Thursday, 20 February. I contacted Aramex on Friday morning, 21 February and spoke to Zander. He promised that he will fetch the parcel and deliver to the correct address. I spoke to Zander again on Monday morning, 24 February as the parcel was still not collected at the wrong address. Several promises was made by Zander since Friday and still the parcel has not been collected or delivered at the correct address. The customer service from Aramex Silverton is absolutely shocking and I will never use them again. I hope for the sake of Aramex that the parcel is still there when they go and fetch it ...
