Poor Customer Service/ Delayed Parcel Delivery x

Aramex's customer service is disgusting. They do not reply to your complaints and queries due to not delivering the parcels we paid for timeously. This is a service that is meant to provide convenience, however Aramex just inconvenience's us! They received my order 7 days ago and yet I am still waiting for my parcel.
