Poor customer service

I'm so disappointed with the service rendered by Aramex. I bought my daughter's first birthday gifts from Toysrus and order was successful. I was advised that orders will be delivered 5-7 working days 3 of 4 items were delivered on the 25th November and the guy that delivered advised that the 1 order will be delivered the following day. On the 28th still nothing was delivered I e-mailed Aramex enquiring about my parcel Avinash Maharaj and Theloshan Naidoo, gave feed back that my parcel will be delivered ASAP and I e-mailed back to say can it be delivered before Saturday because it's a gift for my daughter's first birthday. I didn't get any reply and till this day I didn't get the parcel no1 is communicating even e-mailed them to cancel the delivery.
