Poor customer service and slow service.

We are awaiting two packages. Tracking numbers: *** and ***. We placed our order with the seller on the 13th of November, and they promised the packages would be with us between the 1st and the 5th of December. We need it before the 9th as it is decorations and other items we need for our wedding.

We have tried contacting customer service, but they haven't been any help. Despite tracking saying the item is "in transit", the package is still in China.

Service for queries is very poor.
