Poor customer service and poor customs services

Stay away from this courier if you want peace of mind. The communication is really terrible and orders take forever to arrive. You have to call them over and over to follow up on your order and still nothing happens. Have used Fedex and DHL and orders arrived on time in 6-8 days from shipment date and they give updates and communicate if they experience delays. Aramex on the hand, my goodness! My order has been delayed at customs since the 7th of September and they didn't communicate anything, only after me calling do tell me on the 13th that they need me to pay some fee so they can start processing my shipment for customs inspection (if that's even a thing) and that can take 8 days then another clearance process will follow after it.
