Poor customer service

I had the worse experience with Aramex as I was trying to track my parcel with them. 1st of all their customer service phone number is never answered and today I sent a query at 8:30 am via their WhatsApp where an auto reply said auto I am on que 12 hours later still no respond. I am stranded with no one to assist whereas I paid for the service. Aramex is the worse courier company I ever worked with
