Poor Customer Service

I've reviewed the worst service from Aramex for the past 2 weeks ,from their rude Call Centre Agents to being charged hefty amount of VAT ,poor communication skills and unpleasant delay of my parcel. They don't make any communication unless you follow up on them but when they required me to pay for customs they didn't delay but now they're delaying and lying that they've contacted me with regards to my parcel whereas they've never contacted me. What an underwhelming service I've reviewed from them ,I was highly disappointed 😞.
