Poor customer service

Terrible service. Upon seeing an attempted delivery on my package yesterday, I immediately called aramex and requested that my package be delivered to the security guard on the premises today as my business store front is not always open.

Today a failed delivery attempt shows once again. Called aramex AGAIN, held on for 15mins while they looked for yesterday's phone call for proof of the request, only to be cut off.

This isn't the first time I've experienced poor service from aramex but it will be the last time. They cannot even offer basic customer service. The contact form on the website is faulty, so you cant even email a request or complaint !!
