Poor customer service

I am not happy with Aramex. I called this week and I was given a run around, today I’m told by the aramex agent that my parcel was supposed to be snanned in on the 3rd September …so I should go back contact the SENIOR ISD AGENT of aramex to tell me when my parcels will be scanned. I emailed Sifiso who is the Senior ISD AGENT- and still waiting for a response . It’s literally 15 days later and no form of communication as to why there is a delay. Y
