Poor courier service

I was suppose to get my parcel last Thursday, up until today the courier is playing hide and seek with me. They always say the driver was at my house and could not find me on my phone. Am so sick of these excuses and lies, and to top it up their consultant (Noni) call and told me she escalate the matter to her supervisor and I must hold the line, to my surprise the line was cut off
