Poor Aramex Courier service

Hi ..

I would like to complain about Aramex services .... I sent a parcel on the 29th @Soshanguve Pick and Pay of which their Aramex services it's within 72hrs but the parcel is not yet even showing on their system when I'm tracking it ....Very poor service ..
