Poor and unprofessional delivery services from Aramex

Aramex South Africa has turned out to be one of the most unreliable door to door delivery services. They promise delivery within 72 hours; however they cannot deliver on this promise. Over the past few months I’ve sent several parcels only to find out that they can only deliver after a week. To get them to respond to the delays was a nightmare. They do not update the delivery status on the app nor do they get back to you when you write. When you eventually make contact, they furnish all types of trivial reasons for the delays .
