Poor and disappointing service from ARAMEX

I wish I could give 0 stars. Service is extremely poor. My parcel was sent more than a week ago, and it still hasn't been collected. In Joburg. Not even an outlying area. Call Center reported that nothing will happen regarding the parcel not being picked up. They are still reviewing case. I fetched parcel and sent with another courier. Aramex you are Disappointing!! Would never use them again.
