Poor and bad business

Aramex is unprofessional and *********. I have sent parcels about 5 to be precise and one is over 2 weeks and is not delivered. Why can’t their deliver on time or close business because they are ***********. I have spoken to Madoda which is the manager but he is also making false promises and cannot do his job proper. Guys if you want to courier something please do not use Aramex because you will be sorry. I do not know what they do with our parcels and am selling clothes and make ends meet with those clothes. Their conditions says outplaying areas they deliver in 72 hours which is not true and regional areas they claim to deliver overnight which they also failing to do so. I have lost a parcel before and they gave to an incorrect person. They just messing up with my business and as soon as you have paid they just collect your parcel only to leave it at their Johannesburg hub for sorting. It’s weeks and weeks of sorting that doesn’t end. Poor business ethics this courier must just close down because they do not know what they doing
