Please sort this out

I sent through a couple of packets on the 21St of December and my clients still haven't received their packages, this is very dissapointing and frustrating... I cannot believe that it would take this long for a simple package to be delivered... I also called the call centre and spoke to Andrea who was no help at all... Please fix this
