Please release my parcel it’s been 4 weeks

I ordered skincare products from the UK last month, my parcel arrived in South Africa on the 9th of August. I was told that it’s held at customs for inspection, and it will only take 3 days. It’s 3 weeks later and still nothing. I have been calling numerous times and have sent countless emails and no has gotten back to me. This is ridiculous, and unprofessional.
