Please don't deal with Aramex

Send a parcel on 2 March to Welkom, today 13 March not yet delivered. Phoned Aramex on Monday, told me they will investigate and phone me back, nothing happened, called them again today, told me they will call me back, nothing happened. Worst company to deal with!!
