I have never dealt with such incompetence from Briynlan from JHB Track and Trace department . Even if you give her over an hour to get feedback for , still nothing. My tracking number is DBP ********** 42260 and my parcel was suppose to be delivered on 04/10/2018 before 17:00 and I left the office with no word from them . Apparently driver doesn't know the area of Randburg well and he doesn't have a cellphone with him in this day anf age... I have called more then 5 times and besides here I also spoke to Lindiw, Anisa, Sandrina, Andrew now I just spoke to Moesha and she transferred my call to the supervisor by the name of Vanny. I'm still waiting for feedback. I'm extremely disgusted by their service and the non communication and beyond everything, is that someone can tell a client "they don't know". How must know? Why are you hired because you don't know? I was suppose to leave the office at 11:00 but I can't because of people that don't know how to do their job . Their service absolutely SUCKS.
