Phone ******

I have used Aramex to send a Note 3 Samsung phone to my brother in joburg but when the package arrived the box was empty it means the phone was ****** and I called aramex they said they will call me back but they have never . I want my phone back please. I regret using company and my mistake was I read the reviews about their poor service after I have sent the package. I hate this company to the core ... worse part they don't do anything if the package is reported ******/ lost. PEOPLE I AM WARNING YOU, DON'T USE ARAMEX other wise you will cry just like me.
