*** - pathetic service

Useless. Took one month to contact me for customs payment. I made payment two weeks ago. I am still waiting for my parcel. So it’s been one and a half months and no delivery from Aramex. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Pathetic useless. I contacted ********** who ignores my emails. Poor poor service. They shouldn’t be in the industry if they can’t handle the work load. They are also ridiculously expensive! I’ve used DHL as well and find DHL cheaper in terms of their own clearing fees, and way way way more efficient!! My sister’s parcel which she ordered after me, was delivered to her within one week through DHL. Here I am still waiting for useless Aramex six weeks later and no response or communication from them at all.
