Pay for overnight and receive it 4 days later....

I paid for overnight services for a parcel 4days ago and I have still not received it? Yesterday I queried it with Edith Rakhetla from customer services, she told me se will find out from their 3rd party what is the delay, she did not come back to me again. Onky after I threatened with a theft case she responded and said the package will be delivered before 12:30. I have read these types of reviews all over when it came to Aramex, will rather use another company in the future.
