PAY ATTENTION TO DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

On numerous occasions I have asked for my package (with very sensitive content) to NOT be left at reception only, but to ask the receptionist to call me to collect my package. I have left special delivery instructions and everything.

However, today was now the third time that these instructions were just completely ignored... AGAIN! On 15/07/2025 this was taken up with them. I was assured that the issue will be escalated. So today I log a complaint, again. First agent just cut me off. Second agent just as terrible: "we have sent the communication to the agent to check if the driver can still re collect and deliver to you". This, after I confirmed that I already have received my package, but just not according to instructions. So they want to collect from me to deliver again, to me!!!???

Is it to much to ask that people READ! This is sooooo frustrating, as the complaints seem to be going nowhere and you can see that they have no intention of even trying to rectify this
