PATHETIC - WORST SERVICE EVER

Most pathetic courier company ever - not even worth this minimum of 1 star rating.

Been struggling since Tuesday to get an urgent parcel delivered. Spoke to Shamila, Wade and Adel at the call Centre. Now been escalated and waiting for them to call me back.
