Pathetic, Unreliable and useless consultants

I dropped a parcel at an Aramex drop box PnP phillipi junction cpt on friday 29 Aug around 11 till today the 3rd Sept it has not been picked up, and its not the first time last time droped Tuesday and was only collected friday only because i made an enquiry, i get its a regional area but make it make sense or just remove those USELESS drop boxes there…it would make sense its there are certain days where parcels are collected n we know fridays n mondays they’ll be collection but NO, you’ll just be brushed with its a regional area…Aramex is no longer the same at all…i stopped using Charlesville shoprite in Gugulethu because of the same issue because you would drop parcels wed n till following week they’d still be lying there not picked…its very frustating for real as using Aramex was suppose to be easier but no its costing us business. Please make it make sense why i always have to notify that there is a parcel in the drop box before it gets picked its month end for Godsake.
