Pathetic Store to Door

Good day I have used the store to door delivery. At Monday evening I dropped of the package at a store. On Wednesday evening I tracked the parcel it was not delivered yet. Thursday morning I called the call centre and spoke to Andrea. She couldn't give me a reference. I explained to her that this package needs to be delivered before 9h00 it need to get the Dubai. She said she will arrange this for me because it was supposed to be overnight. At 14h00 the driver eventually called. You guys disappointed us. This was supposed to be an overnight package from Kimberley to Port Elizabeth.

You guys have to bring the package back on your cost to us.
