PATHETIC SLOW SERVICE !!!

They are the WORST COURIER SERVICE available. Absolutely PATHETIC !!! SLOW does not even begin to describe it !! It take more than a week to deliver a package in Pretoria. Shame on you. Will never use this service again !!! Then the courier people don't even know the address where to deliver ????
