PATHETIC SERVICES!!! CALLS UNANSWERED FOR DAYS!

I have been calling the number for days, I have used more than R200 on airtime because that's how desperate I need my parcel. The last time u spoke to them they said the parcel was going to be delivered the next day. Its been over a week, still NOTHING!!!! So pathetic!!!!
