Pathetic service/POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

Pathetic service From Aramex, I sent a parcel to them on Thursday 02/04/2026 and till today still the parcel has not arrived yet, no one bothers to call me and tell me what is going on

I called everyday since last week and no one has an answer for me. It is a very urgent package as someones life depends on it but the are delaying someone's wellbeing and putting their life at Risk.
