Pathetic Service yet again from Aramex. Apparently they don't have a phone to call you as the receiver....

Firstly, to find a customer care contact number for Aramex SA is impossible on their site. I had 2 packages sent on the 30th from Polokwane to Pretoria. Till today, I have received no calls from Aramex that they apparently cannot see the physical address on the waybill. I had to call in today myself and ask why on the system it shows its out for delivery yesterday, 31/05 and returned back to the depot. I can see very clearly what the address is on the photo I received from the sender. Surely the driver who had the packages (both out for delivery at the same time on the system) so they could obviously see that they had to go out together could see nothing else of my details....Pathetic service lately received with our packages and Ive asked the sender to no longer ever send via Aramex again as Im only getting HOPEFULLY my packages tomorrow 2/06/2023. supposed to be the 31st receipt and now the 2nd if Im lucky...
