Pathetic service. Wrong waybil put on my parcel. I am waiting over a week for it

Worst service ever.

They collected the parcel, stuck the wrong waybill on it. I received the incorrect parcel. I have been promised that I should receive it on Saturday 02/11/2024. And still nothing. I leave messages for the manager to call me. And no one does. I will never recommend anyone to use their services at all. They are all full of empty promises o. When it will be delivered!!!
