Pathetic service :Parcel "out for delivery" for days!

Sent out a parcel on Monday 9 March. Tuesday 10 in the afternoon I emailed to find out what's going on because it was out for delivery till close of business . Received a call today, Wednesday 11, and they promised the parcel would be delivered, and that I'd get a call informing me of the time. Its now 16:03, the parcel is still 'out for delivery", and I did not receive the promised call. Right now I don't know if they still planning on making the delivery or have lost the packet.
