Pathetic Service -Packages not safe

I sent a package with Aramex on the 06/10. 48 hour delivery. It was not delivered, On friday 09/10 we started contacting them for the package, ***, Durban JHB all gave us different answers. *** said it was in JHB, JHB said they didnt have it and online on the tracking shows it is in durban. We are still trying to date to find our package, no one can give us any answers as it to where it is, they even asked us what was in it so they could, such an invasion of privacy for your customer. They still cannot give us a solid answer, they dont want to say they lost the package but neither are they saying they have it. They not willing to consider a refund, they keep sayign they will get back to us. utter pathetic and terrible service I will never use them again.
