Pathetic service, I'm going public

Pathetic service.

On the 11th of December Aramex did not pick up parcels at Pick & Pay Winkelspruit. I have 2 unhappy clients, one parcel ********** 9870 is supposed to only go to the other side of Durban. It is still not there. And this is not the first time that this has happened. It reflects on us a bad service. I have sent emails, but no response.

This is pathetic service
