Pathetic service from Aramex. Tracking number ***.

Parcel now lying for nearly one week at the distribution centre, Pretoria. Delivery address is in Pretoria, about 25km from Aramex Main Distribution Center, Silverton, Pretoria. Still not received the parcel. Scanned on 31 December. It is now end of business, 4 January. Still no delivery. This is totally unacceptable.
