Pathetic service from Aramex South Africa.

Hi Peter. I sent a parcel through Aramex South Africa on the 06 of May 2020. I sent this parcel from Johannesburg to an area in Johannesburg. I called them on the 11th of May 2020 and u was told the parcel is scheduled for delivery on that day the 11th of May. The parcel was not delivered. I called on the 12th, I was told the same thing I was told on the 11th. I called again on the 13th and on the 14th of May, I'm now told someone will call me back and they just hang up the phone. I called again, and this time I decided to record the call. The lady that assisted me told me to hold the line she's transfering me to speak to Juanita, who's actually who's incharge of my case. She told me to hold, and guess what happened, she hung up on me. I asked them to tell me where my parcel is so I can go fetch it and take it to where I was sending it to. They told me that they won't do that. This is the worst company to deal with, stay away from Aramex, they are not honest, their staff lie on behalf of the company. I do have recorded phone calls with them.
