Pathetic service from Aramex South Africa

My parcel from USA has being sitting with Aramex for 2 weeks since it arrived at Oliver Tambo!!! Aramex get your act together!!!!!! ....your service is disgusting!!! I have received parcels previously from USA via DHL at my doorstep in a week!!!! What is wrong with you????
