Pathetic service from Aramex Pretoria

The service I am receiving is ridiculous. A parcel was sent to me a week ago from Pretoria and I am also in pretoria, but I have not received and unable to track. I have been calling the Pretoria branch since yesterday, they keep dropping the phone.
