Pathetic service from aramex. **** it!

Aramex delivery is the worst and unreliable courier service! They **** about delivering my parcel. I was supposed to get my parcel 3 days ago till today I haven’t received my parcel. Customer service does not pick up the phone. I do not recommend them to anyone.
