Pathetic service from Aramex Global Shopper

I have been using Aramex Global Shopper for some time now and really enjoyed their service, BUT their service with my last 2 shipments were pathetic. My package arrived at ORT on 26 Nov 2020, and is still "Under processing". I have logged requests, tried their Message Us thing, sent emails and tried calling, but get absolutely zero response from them. I will never use them again and will definitely not recommend them even to my worst enemies.
