Pathetic service from Aramex Global Shopper

I have been using the Aramex Global Shopper for a while now and the service is becoming more pathetic by the day. It is now taking longer for packages to move and they get stuck in one place. I had a package clear customs and 7 days later I still haven't got the package. Tracking no: ***. I have several packages that are really taking too long to be delivered. I used to love this service but lately, it's just thumbs down

Please don't get me started on their call centre. It is a big waste of airtime to call them.
