PATHETIC SERVICE FROM ARAMEX

Pathetic service from Aramex. I placed my order with Nike on the 6th of December and it was meant to be delivered between 12-24 December and. Came last day of expected delivery, I still had no order. Instead the tracking status had changed to “shipment is being returned to shipper”, when I enquired on this, I was informed that the order had been damaged and is being returned to Nike. This morning I wake up to a call from Aramex for delivery of the said “damaged” order, WITH A MISSING SHOE BOX! Aramex has no answer to what happened and where the box is, and the shoes have red marks all over them. I need answers to what happened and where the box is because something is fishy. I didn’t spend my hard earned money to receive red marked shoes with no proper packaging
