Pathetic service from Aramex

I had some documents that needed to be delivered to Johannesburg urgently and a good friend of mine recommended Aramex so I called on my local Pick & Pay branch on Wednesday 27th May and completed the transaction. As the service offered claims to be an overnight service I overlooked the Thursday expecting the delivery to be done on the Friday 29th but to my shock the receiver reported that there was no delivery at all. On Monday I phoned Aramax and was assured that it would be done on Monday 1st as it was booked out for that day. Again there was no honouring of their commitment. Today is Tuesday and again I contacted the company and spoke to their service department who promised me that the documents would be delivered today 2nd June and that they will ensure that the driver does not go home until the delivery is made but as things stand it is now 20h14 and there is no delivery. This is totally unprofessional and especially as I have phoned to enquire twice now and each time there has been an undertaking but no service delivery. This is totally unprofessional Aramex and not to mention the embarrassment caused because the recipient had to wait at his home on Friday, yesterday and today only for me to waste his time - ridiculous service.
