Pathetic service from aramex

So after i ordered an upgrade kit from evetech aramex is the courier company they use to send the stuff. It takes them a week to get a order from pretoria to johannesburg office to prepare for final delivery... And after multiple emails and complaints from me to evetech they got the aramex admin to mail me where he just said the package will be dispatched for delivery on monday that is past now or at latest Tuesday. This never happened so i phoned them and they said the dispatch department will phone me back its been 18 hours later and i have still not received any phone call or update in my order. Worst courier company I've ever had to deal with would not recommend them there are a few thats a lot cheaper and faster aramex service is pathetic
