Pathetic service from Aramex

A client of mine has been waiting 8 days for his parcel. I've called aramex multiple times, every time I phone I ask them to phone my client and arrange for delivery. They haven't even bothered to call to him and apologies for the delay. Pathetic service. Making my business look bad.
